NoIE
Introduction
NoIE is started by people who feel sick about IE. There are tons of bad things about IE, for example, poor support of WebStandards and PNGs. But remember, end users don't care about browsers. As long as they are viewing the webpage properly, it is not a problem to them. So instead of saying what's bad about IE, we should spread the words of what's good about other standard compliance browsers.
