A wiki word composes of words start with capital letters, and sticked together.

When a wiki word is typed

When the wiki name is new to CS wiki, it will automatically becomes a new page. The name now has a little hyperlinked ? after it. Click on the ? and you'll get take to a page with the edit box on it, type in your text and click 'Store' and there you go, you've created a new page.

If the page exists, the Wiki will automatically make it a hyperlink for you, so you won't get the little ? after the name, so re-edit and think of another one to try. The best way is to append the name of parent page in front so the name will become more meaningful.
